Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fosro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
